Monique at her biggest weighed 262 lbs and then she started working out regularly. Her main goal is to modify her diet. She stopped eating junk foods like chips and cakes even cookies, from being a red meat lover she started eating fruits, vegetables, fresh fish and tons of water daily. Monique weight loss trainer Erica Sammy made Monique do cardio, stretching and weight training every morning in the gym.
Monique has lost a total of 65 pounds. A proud mother and wife, she hopes to inspire people to become healthy by appearing to different talk shows and shares her weight loss story to everybody. Monique weight loss is a real inspiration to everyone.
